Both from the May issues.
Lovely idea,isn't it !? Number one is Chanel No°5 Eau Première, number two is Miss Dior Chérie.

On my way back home from NY I had to stay 6 hours in Rome and as always when I am in Italy I bought some magazines.
One of them was the May Issue of italian Marie Claire.I directly fell in love with it!
Such a huge edition with beautiful editorials,lovely texts and even storys that go far away from fashion.
3 € for 418 pages of Marie Claire + 186 pages of Marie Claire beauty edition part 2 that comes with Marie Claire for free!
That's why I love to buy italian magazines..most of them are soooo cheap !

Auf meinem Rückweg von NY musste ich 6 Stunden am römischen Flughafen ausharren und wie immer wenn ich in Italien bin,ging es für mich zum Magazineinkauf.
Eins meiner Ergatterungen war die Mai Ausgabe der italienischen Marie Claire, die zufälligerweise diesen Monat wohl plus Marie Claire Belezza 2 Edition die sich mit dem Thema Beauty & Co beschäftigt.
418 Seiten Marie Claire + 186 Seiten Marie Claire Beauty für 3 Euro !
Deshalb liebe ich italienische Magazine!
Was sagt ihr zu den ersten Bildern?

THE MYSTERY OF ABERCROMBIE

The guys are topless and can only speak 3 sentences.
The music is so loud, that you would not even be able to understand more than these 3 sentences.
Everything and everybody smells like the in-house-parfume.
The lights are so dark that you can't even tell the colour of the shirts you are actually buying right now.
We still need an Abercrombie&Fitch-Store here in Germany !!

Party, beach and good mood..everyday and everytime.
Yes, you know what I'm talking about..about the ''hey-whats-up-stores'' Abercrombie&Fitch and Hollister.
Why are these brands so successful?
I felt uncomfortable entering, cause everywhere there's a hot dude telling you to ''take care!'' or asking you ''how you're doing?''.
It seems like a different world entering from stressy cold 5th Avenue into the world of ''hey-we-are-so-happy-that-you-are-here-this-store-is-a-big-party-come-and-join!''.
I mean who really believes them, that they love the work so much that they dance, sing and always smile?
I don't!
I even heard, that they are devided in 4 categories.
The ''hot ones'' only have to stand there and say the 3 main-sentences.
The ''nice ones'' have to help you with choosing your clothes.
The ''ok ones'' help you at the dressing rooms.
And the ''not so pretty ones'' have to work in the stock.
That would be pretty rediculous, right!? Would love to know if that's true!

There even was one case where a girl with only one arm was sent to the stock because of wearing a prosthetic arm!
But in the end the good ones win..she accused them because of discrimantion and voilà she won!

Have you ever been to an Abercrombie&Fitch or Hollister Store?
What do you think about the stores, the people who work there, the system and everything?
I have to admit that I bought a Sweatshirt,too ! The stuff is pretty cool though !

Die Typen sind oben ohne und können nur 3 Sätze sprechen.
Die musik ist zu laut,dass du nicht mehr als diese 3 Sätze verstehen kannst.
Alles und jeder riecht nach dem hauseigenen Parfum.
Das Licht ist so dunkel, dass du nicht mal die Farbe des Shirts,dass du gerade kaufst sehen kannst.
Wir brauchen immernoch einen Abercrombie&Fitch-Store in Deutschland!
Party,strand und gute Laune..jeden Tag und zu jeder Zeit.
Ja, ihr wisst wovon ich rede..über die ''hey-whats-up-stores'' Abercrombie&Fitch und Hollister.
Wieso sind diese Marken so erfolgreich?
Ich habe mich komisch gefühlt als ich reingekommen bin, weil überall irgendwelche heißen Typen dir sagen,dass du zu deutsch ''auf dich aufpassen'' sollst oder dich fragen ''wie es dir geht''.
Es wirkt wie eine andere Welt wenn du von der stressigen kalten 5th Avenue in die Welt des ''hi-wir-sind-so-fröhlich-dass-du-hier-bist-dieser-laden-ist-eine-riesige-party-komm-und-feier-mit'' eintauchst.
Ich meine wer zur Hölle glaubt den Leuten, dass sie es so sehr lieben dort zu arbeiten, dass sie ständig tanzen,singen und lächeln.
Ich nicht!
Ich habe sogar gehört,dass sie in 4 Kategorien aufgeteilt sind nach denen die ganz heißen nur stehen müssen und die beliebten 3 Sätze sagen müssen, die heißen dir mit der Klamottenwahl helfen müssen, die gutaussehenden dir bei den Umkleiden helfen und die nicht mehr ganz so gut aussehenden im Lager arbeiten müssen.
Das wäre lächerlich oder?Ich würde mal gerne wissen ob das nur ein Gerücht ist oder stimmt!
Ich weiß allerdings von einem Fall, bei dem ein Mädchen mit einer Armprotese ins Lager geschickt wurde weil sie eben nur einen Arm hat.
Sie verklagte Abercrombie wegen Diskriminierung und gewann den Fall!
Wart ihr schonmal in einem der beiden Läden?
Was sagt ihr über den Laden, die Leute und das System?
Ich muss zugeben,dass ich selbst ein Sweatshirt gekauft habe..die Sachen sind halt doch ziemlich cool.

Ich hätte niemals gedacht, dass wir irgendwo reinkommen würde,eigentlich sind die Leute hier so streng!
Wie auch immer, es hat so viel Spaß gemacht und wir haben sogar Kelis live gehört!
Leider sind wir in den Club in dem Sie gesungen hat nicht reingekommen,da hat das mit der ID dann doch nicht geklappt..aber wie auch immer wir haben sie gehört!

BIG CITY COWBOY

I really want to go home.Even if I love New York and I just really like the people here I miss home, my friends and my family..it's so strange...I never get homesick at all!

So langsam plagt mich das Heimweh.
Auch wenn New York super ist und die Leute hier auch, möchte ich so langsam wieder nach Hause..ich vermisse meine Freunde und meine Familie.Es ist so komisch weil ich eigentlich nie Heimweh bekomme.
Gestern im Central Park war super! Gutes Wetter, Sonne und keine Wolken.

Yesterday it was the greatest night till now!
We went to the best mexican restaurant ever called La Esquina.
Even Queen Latifah was there and I wanted to ask her if she would take a picture with me but I didn't want to disturb her so I just passed next to her.She looks soooo nice and cool!
Anyway,today we leave the Standard Hotel and go to another hotel called Sheraton.
Looks pretty nice,too and it's even at Times Square!
I will meet with Chiara later and then go to have Picknick @ Central Parc with all the It's My Time people.

Gestern war der beste Abend bis jetzt !
Wir sind in das beste mexikanische Restaurant ever gegangen ! La Esquina hieß es.
Sogar Queen Latifahr war dort gestern, sie sieht sowas von cool und nett aus! Ich wollte sie auch fragen ob wir ein Foto zusammen machen können, aber sie war da ja privat und war mit Freunden essen und naja, deshalb hab ich es lieber gelassen !
Heute verlassen wir das Standard Hotel und gehen ins Sheraton am Times Square.
Sieht ganz cool aus, ich werde mich später mit Chiara treffen und dann mit ihr zum Picknick im Central Parc gehen. Wir treffen und mit den ganzen Benetton-It's my time Leuten.

Habt ihr Pläne für den heutigen Tag?

STUCK IN NEW YORK CITY

Short hello from the beautiful Times Square!
The Video was taken yesterday, when we thought we could stay 1 or 2 extra-days..but now we found out it's pretty much more time left till we can leave !







I actually can now tell you, that I am stuck in New York till Sunday the 25th!
This is all so crazy ! Any of your flights cancelled,too?

Jetzt weiß ich, dass ich bis Sonntag den 25. noch hier festhänge.

Here we are again, from NEW YORK CITY !
I just looked up the homepage of my airline and all flights are cancelled tomorrow,too.
That would be the 19.04., well anyway we will be stuck here for a while, haha!
I got some new jewels, some rings and some bracelets.I love them!
I also got this ''hey-what's-up'' sweatshirt..you know which shop I'm talking about?
''Hey what's up?'' ''How you doin'?'' ''Take care!''
We we're laughing out so hard because the guys who work at Hollister are so hot but these are the only three sentences they can say!
So anyway, me and Chiara met at Times Square with Jamie because she was pretty tired and did not want to go shopping with us yesterday.
Today we will!

Hier sind wir wieder, aus New York !
Gerade habe ich auf der Homepage meiner Airline nachgeguckt und für morgen sind auch alle Flüge gestrichen!
Das wäre der 19.04..wie auch immer, wir werden hier noch etwas hängen bleiben,haha.
Ich habe eine Menge neue Ringe,Ketten und Armbänder und ausserdem dieses Sweatshirt aus dem ''hey-what's-up''-Store..wisst ihr von welchem Laden ich rede?

Wir haben uns soooo sehr kaputtgelacht als wir bei Hollister waren weil die Typen sooo gut aussehen, aber nur 3 Sätze sagen können.
Wie auch immer, Chiara und ich haben uns mit Jamie am Times Square getroffen weil sie gestern zu müde war um mit uns shoppen zu gehen..das holen wir heute nach!

It's my third day in New York and the magic is still there.
Everywhere I go I see something new but I feel like I was playing a role in Sex And The City because there are lots of spaces that have been in the series back in time!
Here you can see me with my fellow Bloggerfriends CHIARA from THEBLONDESALAD and JAMIE from JAMIESBLOG.
All 3 of us had to fly back to italy, germany and holland but now all of our flights have been cancelled !
But first now we will have breakfast and talk about what we might be doing..after that I just want to go shopping !!
I really don't have any idea when I will be back in germany...

Der dritte Tag im Big Apple und der Zauber lässt nicht nach!
Überall gibt es etwas neues zu entdecken, trotzdem ist es irgendwo bekannt aus Filmen wie Sex And The City.

Wir sollten eigentlich alle 3 heute entweder nach Italien,Deutschland oder Holland zurückfliegen aber unsere Flüge wurden alle 3 gestrichen.
Jetzt werden wir uns erstmal zum American Breakfast unten in der Lobby treffen und danach gepflegt gegen den Schreck shoppen gehen !
Ich habe keine Ahnung wann ich wieder in Deutschland sein werde!
